We designed the ZingHR Partner Program to help you grow your practice, continue building rewarding relationships with your clients, and add value to both your business and your clients’ business.
ZingHR currently has 3 Partner Models. It is the choice of the Company to determine which model of engagement is suitable based on various parameters, such as like long term goals, fitment of this into their overall business strategy, focus and commitment of resources to this opportunity.
Referral PartnerThere is no engagement fee / upfront financial commitment from the partner. The Partner will bring in new customers for the scope of services that ZingHR offers for varied customers, for which the Partner gets a finder’s revenue share of 10 % of the monthly subscription fee.
This revenue is shared for the next 3 years or until the client is retained with ZingHR or until the partner agreement lasts, whichever is earlier. Here the service delivery is done by ZingHR.
Sales PartnerThe Partner will bring in new customers and acquire customers on their own for the scope of services that ZingHR offers for varied customers, for which the Partner receives a Sales Partner revenue share.
The Partner will receive 20% of the revenue for a period of 3 years or until the client is retained with ZingHR or till the partner agreement lasts, whichever is earlier. In this model, the service delivery is done by ZingHR.
Business PartnerThe Partner can undertake the services using the ZingHR platform for current and new customers. Herein, the service delivery is done by the partner.
For this, the Partner receives the ZingHR platform at a 20% discount subject to meeting Customer Service Delivery SLA norms of ZingHR Outsourcing requirement. In this model, the Partner uses the ZingHR platform to serve its customers and is free to charge the end customer as per their services offered. ZingHR in turn bills the Partner at the discounted price.
